Dashboard Overview: MapMyChannel (MMC)

When you log into the MapMyChannel application, the dashboard is the first page you see. This page provides an overview of all the key settings and options needed to manage your accounts, orders, inventory management KPIs, and more.
This Knowledge Base article provides an overview of the MMC dashboard. You can select the ‘Account’ from the top-right corner for which you want to check the dashboard.

This is how your dashboard appears when you log in, as shown in the screenshot below.

The major components of the dashboard are:

  • Order Sync Summary:

You can check Orders synced today,  Orders synced in the last 7 days, total orders synced, and total unsynced orders.

All order information is gathered into a single, consolidated view by an order summary. You can use it to handle and support orders before, during, and following fulfillment.

The Order Lifecycle and the Order Summary-

The order summary combines all order data and presents it in a single view, including orders synced today and seven days ago, total synced orders, and unsynced orders. To oversee the complete order lifecycle, use the order summary.

View Order Summary Details-

For each order, the Order Summary displays current information and history activities.

  • Order details:

This shows details of the orders that were rejected, cancelled, shipped, and closed.

  • Rejected Orders: Orders get rejected by Amazon because of any reason known as rejected orders.

  • Cancelled Orders: Orders cancelled by a merchant or seller are known as cancelled orders.

  • Shipped Orders: Orders ready to get delivered and out for delivery are known as shipped orders.

  • Closed Orders: Orders being shipped and delivered to the customers, or fulfilled orders, are known as closed.
