Enable Shipping Notification for Amazon MCF ERP
This is additional functionality the client must know, only if their ERP is Amazon MCF.
Step 1: Go to the Integration page on the MapMyChannel App, scroll down to the ERP/Fulfillment section, and click on ‘Edit’ under Action.
Step 2: Scroll down to ‘Enable Shipment Notification'; if you select 'Yes,’ the shipping notification will be sent to the customer from Amazon on behalf of the seller, and if you select 'No,’ then no shipping notification will be sent to the customer.
