How to Manually Import Orders into the MapMyChannel (MMC) App?

 3. Upload New CSV File: In the pop-up, click the ‘Choose File’ button under the "Upload New CSV File Order" section.



    




4. Select Sales Channel: Optionally, you can select the sales channel where you want to upload the orders. This helps categorize and manage orders according to their origin.




5. Import: After selecting the file and sales channel, confirm the upload to import the orders.




B. Import Orders from the Sales Channel

 - Step-by-Step Process:


1. Navigate to the Orders Page: Go to the orders section from the main dashboard of your MMC App.




2. Click 'Import Order': Press the "Import Order" button to open a new pop-up.


3. Configure Import Settings: In the pop-up, choose to import by date or order ID. Select the sales channel account from which you want to import the orders.




4. Enter Order Details: If importing by order ID, enter the order ID.

Or if importing by order create a date, enter the date range for the same.




5. Import: Confirm the details and click on the import button to fetch orders.

You have successfully imported your order manually into the MapMyChannel (MMC) App.
