How to Fix TikTok Fulfilled Orders Error: Switch to Seller Shipping in MMC

How to Resolve the Error: "Order can’t be shipped as it’s fulfilled by TikTok"

If you see the Order error message:

"Order can’t be shipped as it’s fulfilled by TikTok. To process future orders via MMC, switch to Seller Shipping in TikTok"

This error occurs because the order is fulfilled by TikTok (FBT / 4PL). Such orders cannot be processed through MapMyChannel (MMC).

To process future orders via MMC, you need to switch your fulfillment setting to Seller Shipping.

⚠️ Important: You must have a Shipping Template in place before switching to Seller Shipping. If one exists, you can skip creating a new template.

Step 1: Check/Create a Shipping Template

  1. Log in to TikTok Seller Center
    TikTok Seller Center

  2. Navigate to:
    Orders > Shipping Settings > Delivery Settings > Shipping Templates

  3. If you already have a template, you can skip this step.
    If not, create a new template:

    • Click Create New Template

    • Fill in Template Name, Shipping From, Shipping To, Shipping Services

    • Click Submit



Step 2: Switch to Seller Shipping

  1. Go to:
    Orders > Shipping Settings > Delivery Settings > Switch Option

  2. Select Seller Shipping

  3. Confirm the switch

After switching, new orders can be processed via MMC.



Important Notes

  • Orders already fulfilled by TikTok cannot be changed to Seller Shipping. Only new orders will follow the updated fulfillment method.

  • Ensure your warehouse addresses and shipping template are accurate to avoid errors when uploading products.
