Onboarding Steps

Step 1: Select Sales Channel/Marketplace


Description: Begin by selecting the sales channel or marketplace where you operate. This is crucial as it integrates your existing sales data with our platform.


Actions: Select your sales channel: Choose from a list of supported sales channels or marketplaces.


Authorize: Grant permission for our platform to access your sales channel data. This step is essential for syncing your existing sales information.

Step 2: Select ERP/ Fulfillment Partner



Description: To synchronize your inventory management and order fulfillment activities, connect your ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or fulfillment partner.

Actions: Select a Fulfillment/ERP Partner: Choose from an inventory of fulfillment partners or supported ERP systems.


Authorize: Authorize our platform to integrate with your ERP system or fulfillment partner, enabling seamless data flow between systems.

Step 3: Configuration Settings

Description: Customize the platform according to your business needs. These settings can be adjusted to fit your specific operational workflow. 


Actions 1. Access Configuration Settings: Navigate to the configuration settings section connect the sales channel and configure it. 






Enter Credentials: Input the required credentials for your chosen sales channel or marketplace and save it. 




Action 2. Connect the Accounting channel and configure it. 





Edit Settings: Modify various settings such as inventory levels, pricing strategies, and user roles according to your business requirements.


Save or Edit Later: You can decide whether to save your configurations now and finish them up later. To fully utilize the platform's potential, make sure these settings are in line with your business procedures.



In the end, “Configure the Accounting Channel” save it, and proceed.
