How to navigate to the Shipment Page: 


From the left menu, click on “Shipment” to access the orders page. 



Shipment Page Features:


  1. ERP Account Selection- At the top of the page, users can select an ERP account from a dropdown menu

  2. to filter shipments based on the ERP system used. This feature is helpful for businesses managing multiple

  3. ERP integrations.




2. Shipment Table- All shipments connected to the chosen ERP account are listed in the page's main section. The Order ID, the latest changed date, the shipping method, the tracking number, the carrier name, the shipping status, and the fulfillment status are all shown in each row.



  1. Shipment Actions- Delete icons are provided to remove the shipment record next to each shipment entry.



 Using the Shipment page

  1. To Filter Shipments by ERP Account: Select the desired ERP account from the dropdown menu and click 'Get Shipment' to refresh the list with shipments from that account.



  1. To View Shipment Details: You can go through ‘Last Modification Date’; ‘ Shipping Method’; ‘Tracking Number’; ‘Carrier Name’; and ‘ Shipping status’ to view shipment details.




  1. To Delete a Shipment: To make necessary deletions to shipment records, use the associated delete (trash bin icon). 

Troubleshooting Common Issues:

Inaccurate Shipment Information: Please reload the page to see the most recent information
if the shipment information seems off. Check the ERP system's data for inconsistencies if the problem continues.

Action Buttons Not Working: Check if your user account has the appropriate rights
to carry out actions if the action buttons are not working. Restarting your browser or clearing the cache may fix
the problem if the buttons aren't responding.
