The MapMyChannel (MMC) App's Product Page acts as a centralized place for storing product-related data, such as SKU mappings across various ERP systems and sales channels. By using this page efficiently, you may avoid stock discrepancies, assure proper inventory management, and streamline operations across numerous sales platforms.

Overview of the Product Page

The Product Page includes features that allow users to manage SKU mappings, update inventory levels, and navigate product bundles and location mappings. 


Here's a detailed guide on how to use the various functionalities on this page:

 1. Accessing the Product Page

Navigate to the Product Page from the main dashboard by selecting the 'Products' or 'SKU Mapping' menu option.

2. SKU Mapping Section

  • Description: This section lists current SKU mappings across different accounts. It shows details such as

  • Channel Account, ERP Account,  Channel SKU, ERP SKU, Inventory Buffer, and Status.


  1. Functionalities: Search and Filter: Users can search for specific SKU mappings using the Channel Account, ERP Account, Channel SKU, or ERP SKU fields. Filters can also be used based on the status of the SKU.


  1. Update/View Options: SKU mapping can be updated or viewed in detail by clicking the 'Update' or 'View' buttons in the Action column.


3. Managing SKU Mappings

- Add New SKU Mapping: To add a new SKU mapping, click on the 'Import' button to upload a CSV file.




Or manually enter details by selecting the 'Location Mapping' button and then 'Create a New Location Mapping'.



- Edit Existing SKU Mapping: Click the 'Edit' button next to an SKU to modify details such as the ERP SKU or Channel SKU. Make the necessary changes and save them to update the mapping.


4. Updating Inventory

The user just has to click on the "Update Inventory" button and inventory will automatically updated (we hit the API at the backend)



5. Product Bundle Management

Use the 'Product Bundle' button to manage or create new product bundles that group multiple SKUs for special offers or promotions.


6. Location Mapping

The 'Location Mapping' button allows for setting or editing the physical warehouse locations associated with different SKUs, ensuring that inventory levels are accurate across different locations and sales channels.

Common Use Cases


SKU Mapping: Ensuring that each product listed on various sales channels matches its corresponding ERP system SKU to maintain accurate inventory tracking.


Inventory Updates: Regularly update inventory levels to reflect real-time stock availability, preventing over-selling or stockouts.


Product Bundling: Creating product bundles for promotions, which can help move inventory faster and increase average order value.


Location Mapping: Setting up warehouse locations for SKUs to streamline the picking and packing process, reducing fulfillment times.
