Understanding the Integration Page of MapMyChannel (MMC) App

To manage the interactions between your ERPs, marketplaces, and sales channels, go to the Integration page in MapMyChannel (MMC). This guide offers a thorough rundown of all the options that are available on this page, assisting you in navigating and making the most of the tools for the best mapping and synchronization.

Navigating to the Integration Page

Access: Log into your MapMyChannel (MMC) dashboard and locate the 'Integrations' option in the sidebar. It will take you to the Integration page.



Purpose: You may set up mappings, configure synchronization settings, and add new connections on this page to manage every aspect of your integrations.

Integration Page Overview

The three primary tabs on the Integration page are Integration, Synchronisation, and Mapping.

Each tab serves a specific purpose in managing your integrations:

Tab 1: Integration




Overview: Every linked sales channel and marketplace is shown on this tab.

Functionalities:

Enable/Disable Integration: Toggle the integration on or off using the toggle button. You can manage which integrations are active at any given time with this functionality.




View/Edit Integration Details: Click on the ‘edit’ icon next to each integration to modify details such as credentials and specific settings. Learn how to edit connected sales channels or ERP credentials.



Add New Integration: There's an 'Add New Integration' button at the top of the page. Clicking this allows you to connect new platforms to your system. Learn how to add a new integration in MMC.


Tab 2: Synchronization



Overview: Manage how data is synchronized between your sales channels and ERP systems.

Functionalities:

Order Sync: Configure how orders are transferred between systems.

Inventory Sync: To guarantee that stock levels are displayed accurately on all platforms, set up inventory synchronization.


Tracking Sync: Oversee the sharing of tracking data throughout systems to ensure that all parties involved are informed about the status of orders.


Tab 3: Mapping



Overview: This tab allows you to set up and manage mappings between different systems.


Functionalities:




Shipment Mapping: Configure how shipment methods correlate between your ERP and sales channels.

Payment Mapping: Set up mappings for how payment information is processed and recorded.


Tax Mapping: Ensure taxes are calculated correctly by mapping tax settings across platforms.


Field Mapping: Customize how specific fields in one system correspond to fields in another to maintain data consistency.


Location Mapping: Align inventory locations across systems for accurate inventory management.
