The MapMyChannel app enables you to list all your products from your ERP or fulfillment partner onto selected sales channels. Currently, it supports product listing for Fruggo and TikTok Shop. This guide explains how to list products on both platforms.
Follow the steps below to list your products:
Step 1:
Open the MapMyChannel app and navigate to the Product Listing page.
Step 2:
Click on the “Product Mapping” button.
This is a one-time setup required before listing products from NetSuite to the sales channel.
If no options are selected, all NetSuite products will be listed on the sales channel with default settings.
You can customize settings such as product status, product title, product description, and vendor name.
Step 3:
Once the product mapping is complete, click on the “Import Products” button.
This will fetch all your ERP products into the MapMyChannel app.
Step 4:
Click on the “List Products” button to publish your products to the sales channel.
If you encounter any errors, hover over the error message to view the reason.
If the issue is related to category mapping:
Click on the “Category Mapping” button.
Map the NetSuite product categories to the corresponding sales channel categories.
After mapping, retry listing the failed products.
To list products from a fulfillment partner such as Amazon MCF:
Go to the Product Listing page.
Click on the “Import Products” button to fetch products into the MapMyChannel app.
Click on the “List Products” button to publish them to Fruggo.
Notes:
Product mapping is not required when using a fulfillment partner. It is only needed for NetSuite integration.
If you encounter category-related errors, resolve them through the category mapping page.
By following these steps, you can successfully list your products from your ERP or fulfillment partner to the sales channels.
Answer:
Product Mapping ensures that your ERP (NetSuite) product data aligns correctly with the sales channel requirements (Fruggo/TikTok Shop).
Why it matters:
Different platforms require specific formats for product data.
It allows you to control:
Product status (Active/Inactive)
Product title formatting
Product description
Vendor name
Prevents incorrect or incomplete listings.
In short:
Without product mapping, your products may still list (with default settings), but they may not appear optimized or compliant with the sales channel requirements.
Answer:
Category Mapping connects your ERP product categories with the categories used by the sales channel.
Why it matters:
Every platform (Fruggo/TikTok Shop) has its own category structure.
Your NetSuite categories may not match those directly.
Without mapping:
Products cannot be listed
Or may fail during listing
Example:
If your product is under “Men > Shirts” in NetSuite but Fruggo expects “Apparel > Menswear > Tops,” mapping ensures the product is listed in the correct category.
Possible reasons:
Import process not completed successfully
Filters applied on the product listing page
Products not available in the ERP source
Solution:
Click “Import Products” again
Refresh the page
Check ERP (NetSuite/Amazon MCF) for product availability
Common causes:
Missing category mapping
Incomplete product data (title, description, etc.)
Invalid product status
Solution:
Hover over the error message to identify the issue
Fix the highlighted problem:
Complete Category Mapping
Update missing fields via product mapping.
Retry listing the product
Answer:
No.
Why:
Product mapping is only required for NetSuite integration.
Amazon MCF already provides structured product data compatible with listings.
Answer:
Yes, but it is not recommended.
What happens if you skip it:

You lose control over:
Titles
Descriptions
Status
Solution:
Go to the Category Mapping page
Ensure every NetSuite category is mapped to a valid sales channel category
Save the mapping properly
Retry listing
Possible reasons:
The product is set to inactive.
Incorrect category mapping
Missing required attributes
Solution:
Check product status in "Product Mapping."
Verify category mapping
Ensure all required fields are filled
Recommended flow:
Complete Product Mapping (NetSuite only)
Click "Import Products."
Fix any mapping issues (if needed)
Click "List Products."
Answer:
Yes.
How:
Fix the issue (category mapping or missing data on the ERP/fulfillment partner platform).
Click "List Products" again to retry
