How to Stop Order Error Notifications in MapMyChannel App

Overview

In MapMyChannel (MMC) app, users can decide if they want order error notifications for each sales channel in MapMyChannel. That way, you’ll only see the updates that matter and avoid alert overload.

What is an Order Error Notification?

An order error notification is an alert sent when an order fails to process correctly due to issues such as:

  • Missing or incorrect product mapping

  • Invalid shipping details

  • Integration or API-related problems

How to Stop or Allow Notifications

Follow these steps to update the setting:

1. Login to your MapMyChannel app account.
2. Navigate to the Integration page from the left-hand menu.
3. Find the sales channel you want to adjust.
4. In the Actions column, click the Edit (✏️) icon.



5. A pop-up window will appear. Scroll down and locate the option “Send Order Error Notification.”
6. Choose one of the following:
    1. Yes → To continue receiving notifications.
    2. No → To stop receiving notifications.
7. Click Save to apply your changes.



📌 Example:
If you want to get notifications for Walmart but not for TikTok, you can enable them for Walmart and disable them for TikTok.
