Understanding product page-- MapMyChannel (MMC) by WebBee app

Product Page Overview

This screen is the Products → SKU Mapping page in the MapMyChannel (MMC) app, where you manage the link between your sales channel SKUs (e.g., Shopify) and ERP SKUs (NetSuite).

Note: SKUs that are similar on both the sales channel and the ERP will map automatically within the app, but those that are different must be mapped manually by you for order processing and inventory updates.

MapMyChannel (MMC) Products Page

Page purpose

  • View all products that are mapped between a selected sales channel and a selected ERP account.

  • Create, edit, or delete SKU mappings so that orders and inventory sync correctly between the channel and ERP.

Key sections

  • Import Products via CSV: This allows you to import products in bulk via CSV file inside the MapMyChannel (MMC) app.

  • Imports: This button lets you import all your products automatically in case of missing products.

  • Location Mapping: This option helps you to choose a location for the inventory update.

  • Update Inventory: This button allows you to manually update the inventory in the event that there is an issue with automatic inventory updating within the app.

  • Channel Account dropdown: choose which sales channel products to display.

  • ERP Account dropdown: choose which NetSuite (or other ERP) account’s products to display.

  • ERP SKU and Channel SKU text fields: search for a specific SKU from ERP or a sales channel.

  • Status filter and search button: filter records by status (for example, Active) and refresh the grid.

Grid columns and meanings

  • Checkbox: Select one or more rows for bulk operations in future workflows.

  • Channel Account: Display the sales channel name.

  • ERP AccountDisplays the ERP account name.

  • ERP SKU: SKU available in the ERP (for example, ACC00003, ACC00004).

  • Channel SKU: Sales channel SKU (for example, AC01, BX001, CS121).

  • Inventory BufferThe inventory buffer for an ERP SKU is set so you don’t expose the full ERP stock to channels and can avoid overselling when there are sync delays, demand spikes, or fulfillment issues.

  • Status: indicates whether the mapping is "Active" or "Inactive."

Row actions

  • Update button: opens the mapping details screen to change ERP SKU, Channel SKU, inventory buffer, or status.

  • View button: opens a read‑only view of the mapping for quick reference.

  • Delete button: remove the SKU mapping so the product no longer syncs between the sales channel and ERP.

Bundle Creation Fields in the Update popup

  1. ERP SKU: Text field to specify which ERP item will be shipped for this bundle row.
  2. Bundled quantity: A text field that defines how many units of the ERP SKU will be shipped when one unit of the channel SKU is ordered (for example, 1 channel SKU → 3 units of ERP SKU).
  3. Delete (under Action): Removes that particular bundle row from the configuration.
MapMyChannel (MMC) Bundle Creation

Buttons and their use

  1. Add New Bundle SKU: Adds another row so you can create a bundle made of multiple ERP SKUs or multiple quantity definitions for the same channel SKU.
  2. Save: Applies all bundle, buffer, and status changes for the selected SKU.
  3. Cancel: Closes the popup without saving any modifications.

Note: By clicking on Update for any SKU, you can configure inventory buffer and status and create bundles either by quantity of a single ERP SKU or by adding multiple ERP SKUs using the Bundled quantity and Add New Bundle SKU options, then save the changes.
