Understanding the Orders Page -- MapMyChannel (MMC) by WebBee app

Order Page Overview

This article explains the Order Page in the MapMyChannel app by WebBee. The Order Page provides a centralized view of all orders synced through the MapMyChannel app, along with key order details and management actions.

The primary purpose of this page is to help users monitor and manage order statuses that are synced from connected sales channels.

MapMyChannel Order Page

Order List Details

  • A maximum of 10 orders are displayed per page.

  • Each order is shown with the following columns:

    • Order ID

    • Order Date

    • Source

    • Order Status

    • Action

Filters

The Order Page includes multiple filters to help you quickly find specific orders.

1. Channel Account

Allows you to filter orders by selecting one or more connected sales channels within the app.

2. ERP Order Status

Enables filtering of orders based on their ERP order status.

3. From & To Date

Lets you filter orders within a specific date range.

4. Order ID

A search bar that allows you to locate a specific order using its order ID.

Buttons and Actions

1. Import Order

Manually import orders that were not automatically synced into MapMyChannel.

Import Order Button

2. Import Orders via CSV

Allows bulk import of orders into MapMyChannel using a CSV file.

3. Export Order CSV

Download all order information displayed on the page into a CSV file with a single click.

4. Update Shipment

Used to manually update the shipment status of an order. When this action is performed, the order status changes from "Shipped" to "Closed."

5. View on Shopify

Redirects you to Shopify to view the selected order and its related details.

6. View on NetSuite

Redirects you to NetSuite to view the selected order and its related details.

7. View

Displays detailed order information directly within the MapMyChannel app.
