Used when:
Multiple ERPs or systems are connected
You want to pull shipments from a specific ERP

Manually fetches shipment data from the selected ERP
Acts as a sync trigger, not a filter
Note: If the "Get Shipment" button is not clicked, newly fulfilled orders may not appear on the page.
You can filter shipment records using:
Order ID – Exact order reference
Tracking Number – Shipment-level search.
Channel Account – e.g., a Shopify store, WooCommerce, or bigcommerce.
Filter button – Applies the selected criteria.
Limitations
No date-range filter
No multi-status selection
Filtering works on exact matches only (not fuzzy search)
Order reference from the connected sales channel
Each row represents one shipment, not necessarily one order
Note: The same order ID may appear multiple times if:
Partial shipments exist
Timestamp of the most recent update received from the channel or ERP
Updated when:
Shipment status changes
A sync operation occurs

After the order is assigned to a logistics partner, the name is displayed based on the corresponding order ID.

Shipment record has been successfully created on the ERP and is updated on the respective sales channel.

In-transit status

Interpretation:
System-level confirmation, not physical shipment movement.
Value shown: _shipped
Represents:
shows whether an order status is either shipped or pending.
Deletes the shipment record only from MapMyChannel.
